Venue Rental - DIY

We offer a beautiful venue with a historic flair. Indoors, where you are surrounded with pure southern charm, you can host up to 100 guests. Outdoors, in the gardens under the tents, you can host up to 200 guests. When you book your event with us, you may select from our Preferred Vendors, or bring your own licensed and insured vendors.

Monday - Thursday Rental

5 hours rental - $500
Each additional hour needed - $150

Friday or Sunday Rental

5 hour rental - $750
Each additional hour needed - $175

Saturday Rental

5 hours rental - $1,000, or
All day from 10:00am to 10:00pm - $2,000
Each additional hour needed - $200

Rental Details

DIY Rentals are based on 5 hour blocks of time.
Additional time may be purchased on a per hour basis for number of hours needed, based on the day of the week requested.
Holidays may incur additional fees.
Rentals include 6 round tables and 48 chairs for no charge.
Additional chairs may be rented for $3.00 each.
Additional tables may be rented for $13.00 each.
Additional White or Ivory linens may be available to rent for $15.00 each.
Optional--table and chair set-up is available for $200.
A deposit to book your event is $300 and is non-refundable.
A $350 security deposit is required for all events. The security deposit may be returned if there is no damage to property.
